Corky Davis lived happily with her "Gramps" on his decommissioned old schooner and most of Corky's joys came from her daily meetings with Steve Decker. Corky knew she was in love with Steve and so did everybody else but it took another girl, a squall, a few harrowing hours, and some breathtaking incidents to make Steve realize who he really loved.
