But who should come crawling out of the woodwork but the aforesaid Winter Brothers, who seize the opportunity to exact revenge...and do things that are too horrible to contemplate, both to Lobo... and his hair.

To save the life of the comatose ruler of an alien world, and to avert an intergalactic war, peace-loving scientists miniaturize a submarine carrying a beautiful expert surgeon and her bodyguard, and insert them into the alien leader's butt. Unfortunately, two other groups of miniaturized aliens have also invaded the leader's body, planning to make sure that the mission of mercy is unsuccessful. It sounds like a pretty fantastic journey, full of mystery and danger. Mainly danger, since the surgeon's bodyguard is Lobo. Good move, huh?
