A mysterious organization, Project Lazarus, has formatted his body with nanite enhancements that grant him superhuman abilities, but also leave him more machine than man, and more monster than human. After escaping his captors, Bloodshot now searches for answers as to who he is, destroying anything that attempts to stop him.

The Avengers receive a distress call from Moonglow and they had straight to the Project Pegasus (head quarters of the Sqadron Supreme), just to learn that the parallel team was attacked by a telepathic strike, so they team up to check it out and end in a battle game with Imus Champion.
