Tarzan and the White Savages of Vari." Tarzan rescues an explorer and Paul D'Arnot. Based on Edgar Rice Burroughs' famous novels, this series borrows from the books and from the Johnny Weissmuller movies, adding a healthy dose of generic jungle adventure for good measure. Includes part one of Jesse Marsh's adaptation of Burroughs' Ape-English Dictionary. Script by Robert P. Thompson, art and cover by Jesse Marsh.

Suspense
A horror-series published by Marvel's predacessor, Atlas Comics. It lasted for 29 issues. The first two issues have photo covers. The series is mostly known for being the first comic to ever use the character of Dracula from the novel by Bram Stoker. It was a forshadowing of Marvels much greater use of the character many years later.
