On the orders of Dr. Silk, agents of Webnet have neutron-bombed an Australian cruise liner, leaving it a floating and irradiated ghost ship on the high seas. Now Ninjak will have to track down Dr. Silk's bomb-making plant before he can sell more of these lethal weapons to terrorists around the world. But before he can stop Webnet's malevolent machinations, he'll have to face the vengeance of their deadliest agent ? the dreaded Seventh Dragon!
