Spider-Man's attention is caught by an escaped Kree ship full of prisoners from Hala as it lands on Earth. Dylon-Cir attempts to trick Spider-Man in recruiting the assistance of the Avengers, but before any action can be taken, Gladiator and Starbolt arrive in hot pursuit of the Kree prisoners - demanding Spider-Man stand down. A minor altercation breaks out, but in the end Spider-Man is able to assist the Imperial Guardsmen (who later declare him a warrior).

A prison break on Hala alerts the attention of the Silver Surfer who soars in to investigate. Upon his arrival some of the prisoners have already escaped the planet heading towards Earth. He is enlisted to assist the Imperial Guard in an effort to re-capture the escaped Kree prisoners and quell the Havoc on Hala!

More escaped Kree prisoners from Hala land at the Mount and attempt to steal weapons (under the guise they they need them to defend their planet). Hulk, Ulysses and Hector of Pantheon are not fooled by this ruse which forces Kona-Lor and her allies (Yeti and Skreamer) to initiate battle. It doesn't end well for the prisoners, who are eventually brought back to Hala by the Imperial Guardsmen (Gladiator and Starbolt).

While "vacationing" Wolverine stumbles upon an army base under siege by escaped Kree prisoners from Hala. The escaped prisoners (Tallun, Skulker, Garrote and Hunter) are attempting to steal nuclear weapons stored at the facility to be used against the Shi'ar. Wolverine quickly disrupts the Kree prisoner's attempt to steal the nukes. He is soon joined by the X-Men (Cyclops, Iceman, Jubilee, Archangel and Gambit) who are on their way to Hala to assist Lilandra (who contacted Professor X for assistance with the uprising on Hala).

The X-Men arrive on Hala to assist Lilandra with a recent Kree prisoner uprising. The Imperial Palace has been taken over by Galen-Kor, Thunder, Quarrel and Falkon. Tensions rise as the escaped Kree prisoners quarrel among themselves. Only to be interrupted by the attacking X-Men and the Silver Surfer. The Kree revolution is quickly subdued by the super-heroes. Lilandra offers a hero's feast in the X-Men's honor after Wolverine say's he is hungry after the battle.

Spider-Man and Wolverine visit the Hulk (at the Mount) just in time to assist with an attack by Juggernaut (sent by Doctor Doom). Everything starts to point to Doctor Doom, so the trio decide to visit Latveria.

This is the final volume which continues the Drake Snack Cake giveway comics.

Spider-Man and Jubilee attend a science expo at ESU but are side-tracked by Rhino who is attempting to steal a piece of machinery. Unfortunately after the battle, Jubilee falls into deeper trouble, abduction by Sabretooth!

While looking for some stolen property at "the docks", Spider-Man finds a Latveria bound shipment. Wolverine, looking for Jubilee, meets up with Spider-Man only to end up battling with Sabretooth (Jubilee's captor). Wolverine and Spider-Man decided to track down the Hulk after finding Bruce Banner's journal.

In an attempt to heal his injured body and save himself from his kidnappers millionaire industrialist Tony Stark invented an invincible suit of amour. Giving him flight capability, repulsor rays and a newfound confidence, Tony Stark became The Invincible Iron Man.
